I was off on holiday when all the changes happened, and haven't really quite caught up with them all..

Can someone give me a quick run down, or link me to a page that can?

I mean the stuff with the mercenaries and such..

There are a few topics on the main game forums about the changes, but I myself missed out o them, also, and I am lost, too.

I'll try to read the game forums tonight and hotlink some topics here...
